Hear and Heal your Digestive symptoms

-Access Your Body's Natural Intelligence Through Acupuncture and  Integrative Psychotherapy-

I guide you to discover and treat digestive symptoms in 3 months using only the natural intelligence of your body and mind.

“I went to Ana's first acupuncture session following a recommendation from a friend. I was quite skeptical, but I was going through a breakup and had a lot of inexplicable physical pain. After the first sessions, I felt on my skin that all the pains were somatizations from the past. Ana really has a special warmth and a very complex understanding of things. I talked about my problems, both emotional and physical, and he gave me specific treatments. It was a very beautiful and complex healing process, not only the needle part but also the awareness of the processes behind my problems. All this time I felt guided by Ana and safe. I recommend from the bottom of my heart.”

“I ve been to acupuncture before but I haven't connected with the therapist like I had with Ana. She is easy going and authentic which I always appreciate and makes you feel listened to. I really enjoyed that she explained the process of healing which let s you engage on an emotional and spiritual level.”

When I was 8, I asked my father, a doctor, why he looked so sad. His answer stayed with me: his patients weren’t getting better.

That question—why do people get sick?—haunted me through medical school. Traditional medicine provided treatments but rarely addressed the deeper cause of illness. I realized that beyond physical symptoms, all my patients had something in common: suffering.

Determined to find a more complete approach, I studied psychotherapy, then discovered acupuncture—a method that connects mind and body, restoring balance at a deeper level. The results were transformative. Patients didn’t just feel better; they experienced real healing.

Today, as an acupuncture doctor, I don’t just treat symptoms—I address the root cause of suffering. True wellness comes from restoring balance in body, mind, emotions and spirit. If you’re ready to go beyond symptom relief and find lasting healing, I’m here to guide you.

In childhood, our caregivers activate archetypes within us—the mother, the father, the home. These archetypes are resources that come to life when we are surrounded by caregivers who embody these roles.

However, even if our environment didn’t activate these internal resources, we still have the power to awaken them within ourselves. Not growing up in a nurturing, emotionally warm family doesn’t mean we can’t create one as adults. The absence of these resources can lead to physical symptoms and emotional imbalances, but healing is always possible.
We are not broken or defective; these inner resources simply were not activated in us.

What we can do is activate the inner resources that exist within each of us, even if they were not nurtured by our early environment, and this will transform both emotional and physical symptoms.

By activating these resources, you may encounter the frustration and sadness of having grown up without that support. Activating these archetypes allows us to process the sadness and anger that have been somatized in our bodies, triggering physical symptoms or even illnesses.

So, in order for your body to properly digest certain foods and maintain balanced digestion, it needs:

  • Activate the necessary archetypes, these resources make our body, mind, emotions, spirit to function properly.

  • Process the sadness and anger that have been somatized in your body and create these symptoms. The sadness and anger of your younger self that didn’t receive what he needs then.

And in this way, the digestive symptom will gradually diminish, supporting the restoration of the normal functioning of the affected organs.

Everything you need for a fulfilled life is already within you, just in a latent state. Your body knows the way to your improved version.

So, in order for your body to properly digest certain foods and maintain balanced digestion, it needs.

It can be different for you too!

Just as it was for others:

“I am here on behalf of my mother, who tried various therapies for several health problems, and of all, she only stayed with Ana. 😊 she feels noticeably better after each therapy and tells me with great affection and has a lot of trust in her, I am very happy too. 😊”

“Ana has a special place in my heart. I always admired her authentic, free and aware way of being. She tought me how to be less in my head and more in my body, how to be more present and connectet to what’s going on around me, or inside me and how to respect my needs and trust myself over other people’s opinion.

I always felt that her background in traditional medicine combined with the one in chinese medicine are giving her a rational but also spiritual way of seeing things.

She helped me be grounded to this material world and aim to the sky of the spiritual one. And I thank her always for that and wish her a journey full of challenges and rewards on this beautiful path that fits her perfectly! ❤️”

“I am extremely glad that I am the first to be able to give a review about Ana and what she achieved, in a very short time, for very "rooted" problems.

Initially when I heard about this procedure, I was a little reluctant, but I saw how with patience and work he managed to transform a man from a situation that no doctor gave him hope for. Helped my grandmother get rid of diabetic neuropathy which she had for over 10 years, helped and got her back on her feet after hip fracture surgery plus a stroke that put her in bed, and many more.

And last but not least, I also resorted to this procedure and I can say that it turned me into a different person. From an anxious/panic person, it turned me into a balanced person and yes, I can say that I already feel like a different person, I have more patience, I am no longer afraid to stand up for my opinion and opinion, but I know for sure that I still have to work on this, so I won't give up on what Ana is doing.

I recommend her wholeheartedly, I have recommended her to all my friends, colleagues and I am sure that with a little patience, everything will turn out well.

And about Ana, I have no words, she is a wonderful HUMAN, she is empathetic and very patient and has a wonderful vibe! 🧚🏻‍♀️

And on this way, I want to thank him for everything she did ❤️”

What alternative solutions exist for this problem?

Medications: Antacids, Antispasmodics, Laxatives, Probiotics – they are very good and effective in the short term, but are not recommended for long-term use because they have side effects or lose their effectiveness as the body becomes accustomed to them.

Diets: These involve eliminating all foods that trigger your symptoms, but you are constantly restricted by what you can eat, without the ability to enjoy a meal that you crave and that nourishes your soul when you eat it.

Acupressure: You can manually stimulate acupressure points on your own body. The problem is that there are about 400 acupuncture points on your body, and it’s difficult to know exactly what you need, or worse, you might trigger negative reactions.

Herbal Teas: These are natural remedies that work, but should be taken under specific conditions and in the quantities recommended by doctors, tailored to each individual patient.

What Traditional Chinese Medicine Sees: The Whole Human, Not Just the Symptoms

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sees the human being as an interconnected whole — body, mind, emotions, and spirit functioning together in dynamic balance. It doesn’t separate physical symptoms from emotional or energetic causes, but instead understands them as different expressions of the same imbalance.

Every symptom is seen as a signal — a message from the body or the spirit — pointing to where energy is stuck, depleted, or out of alignment. Rather than focusing solely on relieving surface-level discomfort, TCM seeks to address the root cause and restore harmony from within.

In this system, organs are more than physical structures — they are also connected to emotional and mental processes. For example, the liver relates to anger and vision for the future, the heart to joy and consciousness, the lungs to grief and letting go, and the kidneys to fear and inner strength.

TCM teaches us to listen — not just to the body, but to our emotional states, our thought patterns, and the ways we live. Healing, in this tradition, is not just the absence of pain, but a return to balance: where energy flows smoothly, breath is calm, and we feel grounded, clear, and connected to life.

STOMACH

The stomach is the first major stop in digestion — not just of food, but of experiences. It determines what to accept and what to reject, physically and emotionally. The stomach meridian begins at the eyes, symbolizing how perception starts with what we see. This organ is about discernment: what do you choose to take in, and what do you push away?

When the stomach is imbalanced, it may show up as physical issues like bloating, acid reflux, or teeth grinding — and emotionally, as overwhelm, irritability, or difficulty setting boundaries. A healthy stomach helps you stay in integrity by aligning your thoughts, words, and actions. It empowers you to say "no" when needed and make choices that truly nourish you.

SPLEEN

The spleen is the center of nourishment, stability, and emotional grounding. It transforms food and experience into energy that supports the whole body. More than just digestion, the spleen governs how we receive care — from others and from ourselves. It’s deeply connected to self-worth, emotional resilience, and the ability to feel safe and supported.

When the spleen is weak or imbalanced, you may experience fatigue, overthinking, worry, or feel emotionally depleted from giving too much. You might struggle to say no, or feel unworthy of support. Strengthening the spleen helps you build solid internal boundaries, stop overextending, and feel grounded in your own worth. It teaches you to receive, not just give — and to honor your own needs as much as others’.

SMALL INTESTINE

The small intestine plays a vital role in refining digestion. After the stomach breaks things down, the small intestine separates the pure from the impure — extracting nutrients and sending waste onward. Emotionally, it mirrors our ability to sort through thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping us gain clarity and make sense of what we’ve taken in.

When the small intestine is out of balance, it can feel like mental fog, indecisiveness, or emotional confusion. You might feel stuck between what you know and what you feel. Supporting this organ helps you create inner clarity, trust your judgment, and release what no longer serves you — both physically and energetically.

LARGE INTESTINE

The colon is responsible for letting go — of physical waste, emotional residue, and what is no longer needed. It's the body's final stage of digestion, where elimination takes place. On a physical level, it governs bowel movements, detoxification, and the rhythm of release. When functioning well, the colon ensures the body stays clean, balanced, and efficient.

Emotionally, the colon reflects our ability to move on. It's connected to grief, attachment, and the fear of letting go — whether that’s old habits, past pain, or limiting beliefs. When the colon is out of balance, it may show up as constipation, skin issues, bloating, or holding on to emotional tension. You might feel stuck in the past, resistant to change, or weighed down by unresolved emotions.

Supporting the colon helps restore a natural rhythm of release. It encourages emotional clarity, acceptance, and the space to welcome in something new. A healthy colon empowers you to let go of what’s heavy — physically, mentally, and energetically — and make room for healing, growth, and lightness.

STOMACH 9: PEOPLE WELCOME

PHYSICAL

Headache, dizziness, blurred vision, red face, chest fullness, shortness of breath, wheezing.

Goitre, scrofula, vocal cord nodules, thyroid swelling.

ST-9 removes obstructions from the head, subdues rebellious Qi, and regulates Qi flow as a Window of Heaven point. It also dissipates nodules and treats excess Qi in the upper body.

EMOTIONAL

Stomach 9, located on the throat over the voice box and this point plays a crucial role in helping us establish a sense of integrity by aligning our intention with our speech. It empowers us to welcome others into our process, as well as to set boundaries in relationships, especially in terms of giving to others. This includes the ability to say "no" when needed, ensuring that we only give from a place of strength, not obligation.

The emotion associated with St-9 is often rooted in resentment, particularly from habitual giving or people-pleasing. When we give too much without honoring our own needs, it can result in a feeling of constriction in the throat. This blockage is not only emotional but also physical, often causing difficulty in swallowing nourishment and assimilating life’s experiences. The feeling of being overwhelmed, symbolized by the phrase "I've had it up to here," is common for those with stagnant energy at this point.

St-9 also helps to resolve deeper issues related to family dynamics, especially those involving the mother. The way we were nurtured in early childhood, particularly by our mothers, has a profound impact on how we nurture ourselves throughout life. If the relationship with our mother was overly controlling or neglectful, it can affect our ability to establish healthy boundaries and differentiate between our own needs and the needs of others. This often leads to feelings of dependency, needing excessive care, or difficulty receiving nourishment in relationships.

By restoring balance at St-9, we can begin to differentiate our own needs from others’, establish healthy boundaries, and resolve any resentment or bitterness that has built up. In doing so, we can restore the virtue of integrity, allowing us to give and receive nourishment in a balanced and healthy way. St-9 helps us welcome others into our process while maintaining a sense of self and emotional strength, promoting a healthier flow of energy in both our relationships and our lives.

“I’ve struggled with anxiety for years and tried pretty much everything (therapy, meds, meditation) but nothing worked. That all changed when I started seeing Ana for acupuncture.

Right away, Ana made me feel super comfortable and really listened to what I was going through. She uses electro-stimulation instead of needles which was a relief because I’m not a fan of needles!

After just a few sessions, I felt so much better—calmer, less anxious, and more in control. Ana created a personalized plan that made me feel like I was finally on the right path to feeling better. It wasn’t just about the anxiety—it helped me dig into some deeper stuff, too, to treat the root of my anxiety. It was a really interesting and fulfilling journey, but not simple.

Now, I feel way more at peace and less stressed. I can’t recommend Ana enough—if you’re dealing with anxiety or stress, give her a try!”

When I was 8 years old, I would eagerly wait for my parents to return home from the hospital. My father, a dedicated doctor, often came back exhausted, his mind heavy with worry. One evening, unable to contain my curiosity, I asked him:

— Why do you look so sad?

His answer was simple yet profound: his patients weren’t getting better. As a child, I couldn’t understand why—if my father couldn’t heal them, then what hope did they have? I feared the worst: maybe we would end up on the streets. That fear led me to ask him the same question again and again:

But why do people get sick?

His answer was never clear. And as I grew older, even during medical school, I asked my professors the same question—only to be met with more uncertainty. How could I help people if I didn’t understand the root of their suffering?

How a session will look like: 50 minutes session

  • 40 minutes psychotherapy

  • 10 minutes acupoints stimulations: AcuGuide will help you stimulate the points in order to heal your symptom

  • After each session you will have a space to write down the changes that appear in your life at all level. All your reactions that appear from the treatments are very important for our next steps.

My Education and Experience

  • 2016- In my opinion, one of the most important aspects of a therapist is his own therapy. I have been in my own emotional development since 2016 and I don't think it will ever end.

  • 2017 - Marie Curie Children’s Hospital
Volunteered in organizing playgrounds and activities for children undergoing oncology treatment, helping make their hospital stays more playful and bearable.

  • 2017-2023 - University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila"
Completed medical training, gaining a strong foundation in conventional medicine.

  • 2019-2023 - Shen Center of Oriental Medicine, Dr. Octavian Sbarna
Studied acupuncture and worked closely with patients in their personal therapies for four years. It was a privilege to accompany so many wonderful individuals on their healing journeys.

  • 2023 - Italian Association of Acupuncture (A.I.A), Dr. Franco Menichelli
Engaged with a global community of acupuncture professionals, exchanging knowledge and deepening my practice.

  • 2023 - Romanian Association of Integrative Psychotherapy (A.R.P.I)
Start a transformative four-year psychotherapy program under the guidance of Dr. Gina Chiriac, Dr. Coralina Chiriac, Adrian Beu, Simona Preda, Stefan Cepoi, Beatrice Levitchi, Loredana Mosteanu.

This experience profoundly shaped my understanding of healing and personal growth.

Determined to find the truth, I embarked on a journey of my own. I refused to accept incomplete answers, so I became a curator of therapies—studying and testing what truly works.

During my medical internships, while my colleagues focused on procedures, I spent time with patients. That’s when I began to notice something extraordinary: despite their different diagnoses, their stories shared a common thread. It wasn’t the illness that connected them—it was their suffering.

This revelation shifted my entire perspective.

I realized that it wasn’t the disease that caused the pain—it was the suffering itself. This insight became my turning point.

I completed medical school, but I knew I needed more. So, I pursued psychotherapy to better support my patients beyond their physical symptoms. But something was still missing. I needed a method that would allow me to work with both the mind and body—holistically.

That’s when I discovered acupuncture.

I immersed myself in studying it, testing it, and applying it in real-world settings. What I found was life-changing: acupuncture works on a deep, profound level, restoring balance and addressing the root cause of suffering where traditional medicine often falls short.

Today, as an acupuncture specialist, I don’t just treat symptoms—I address the suffering behind them. True healing isn’t just about relieving pain; it’s about restoring balance, reclaiming health, and ultimately, rediscovering your true self.

If you’re ready to experience healing that goes beyond symptoms, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s restore your balance and bring true wellness back into your life
